Hi, I called to order and confirm I could order for delivery that day, Saturday, by 5:00. I was rudely directed to order online, assured everything would be handled. I subsequently ordered online. The order was delivered the following day, after the fact. I doubt I will reorder. Response from Pacific Floral: I am so sorry to hear this Roger. Your order came in after our 2pm same day cutoff time. I am more than happy to make this right however I can. Please call anytime.

Wow! After an exhaustive search for florists delivering flowers 2 days before Mother's Day and refusing to go with a generic and cheap arrangement from FTD or 1-800-Flowers, I ordered a Mother's Day arrangement at 1:50 PM (10 minutes before their local delivery cut off time) on 5/6/16 from Pacific. Their beautiful creations online were my first inkling that this company was the one and the reviews solidified my decision. Finding good service in Santa Fe is difficult and even more difficult two days before a major holiday. I quickly ordered a gorgeous arrangement and since it was before 2:00 (barely) I could count on it being delivered to my Mom same day. I called Devan to correct a mistake I made while placing the order and he was very friendly and although they were incredibly busy, he did not rush the conversation and was very polite and professional. I called again before I left work to ensure the delivery was completed and he again, as polite as can be, informed me it was out of delivery. Great telephone personality and customer service! Sure enough, my Mother received on time and LOVED the arrangement, thank you Devan! Their creations are amazing, and coupled with ease of ordering and great customer service, I will be sure to call you again and recommend you to everyone! Thumbs up for Pacific! Don't go anywhere else!

I have ordered a number of times from them and have always been impressed with not only the quality, but the convenience and customer support. This last order I placed was for my wife and they reached to let me know that a piece of the bouquets was not available, and that they would be using a different flower. It is touches like this that assure me that I am getting a quality product.

This was the first time since moving to Santa Fe that i wanted to send someone flowers. I didn't want to send the "typical" FTD garbage, so I looked online for a floral designer. Boy......did I luck up when I found Pacific Floral! The recipient called me when she got the arrangement and said it was the most beautiful she had EVER received! I highly recommend this business for all of your floral needs.
