Prompt and Courteous
I wanted to send flowers to a relative in Santa Fe, and picked Pacific Floral because they were located close to where the flowers would be delivered. The pictures of the arrangements are quite lovely, and "Unique Surprise" did look as if it would be special and a little different. Ordering was easy, but what was wonderful was to get the email that the arrangement had been delivered the same day. I really appreciated the prompt service and swift confirmation. I just wish I had asked for a picture of the arrangement to be included in the email! Thank you!
